| The first episode of this children cartoon series about a little girl named Dorothy who would like to do many things but she is not always capable to do them. Her friend, a parrot named Koko, tries his best to help her as much as possible with advice. His efforts, however, often result in conflicts with Dorothy. In this episode both are in trouble due to a paper kite which flies away from Dorothy. After a lot of painstaking effort, Dorothy and Koko manage to capture the kite and to get it back to the ground again.
