| A tennis match between Björn Borg and John McEnroe with its increasing toughness becomes a warning symbol of conflict and hate, cruelty of wars and the threat of the definitive end. Drastic scenes, although spiced with humour, are finished by a vision of a nuclear clash. The hands that the ex-antagonists shake symbolise peace that is put in question because of death of the spectators.
